In the case of the initial production of the PACH-100N Bluetooth receiver.
It was injected with high-gloss ABS material.
Based on the problem from T0, it has been finely corrected to T5.
It took approximately 6 months from mold development to initial injection production.
The battery cover was corrected and the buzzer was drilled to make it easier to hear,
and then blocked it again. In fact, I decided to make it more externally neat by checking that the sound can be heard even through the spacing of each part of the projected product.
This was considered a waterproofing function, and it was judged to be a design that considered the purpose of combination.

I also went through a lot of trial and error. I made 4 corrections in hopes that it would be printed neatly. The printing company is a partner of LG Electronics in Korea.
Finished by requesting a company with high quality printing technology.
Now that I think about the consumers who will receive and use the product,
I am relieved. It is also exciting.
